When the ai bot needs a human or can’t respond to question, how does that process work? Does it say it it referring to a human and send you guys a message or how would one integrate this into there website?
good question, in the system prompt we instruct the ai to set the “requires_human” flag to True when it is not confident in its response, on the website we will then give the user a link to contact us via cellphone or email instead of showing a hallucinated response from the ai
